Elaine passed away yesterday, May 23, after a long bout with cancer. She was mother hen to a lot of new Citi employees in her role in HR. I was proud to call her my friend.

I'd only known Elaine for about a year, but she had often asked me to take photos of HR related events. Her effervescent nature and her ready smile made it a pleasure working with her.

Requiescat In Pace, Elaine. You're in a better place
